Typically Tropical Enterprise Group LLC was initially founded as Tropical Resort Properties LLC in 2005. Since that time, the Company has evolved into a group of vertically integrated operating businesses that direct every aspect of the life cycle of assets. Its core capabilities include investment and asset management, Hawaii real estate related services, international real estate related services, and corporate business services. Guided by a leadership team with decades of industry experience and adhering to a consistent philosophy, has built the infrastructure necessary to maximize value during any market cycle.

Typically Tropical Enterprise Group LLC is a Hawaii-based holding company which operates through its four subsidiaries and related entities. The Company investments are overseen by a Chief Executive Officer, and by its Board of Directors, together with other executives who are focused on business development. The Company actively manages and controls most of its investments from its corporate headquarters at the Chamber of Commerce Center in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
