Company History
Hawaii Corporate Services is a privately-held full service business and corporate advisory company. It grew from a one man's vision in 2011 to become this island's largest and well-respected business and corporate advisory company. In January 2011, John S. Rabi founded Hawaii Corporate Services on the premise that nothing beats personalized service, experience and attention to detail.
At Hawaii Corporate Services, everybody believe leveraging technology is the best way to achieve maximum efficiency and maintain the highest level of customer service. John has been the General Manager since founding the Company, and having the Hawaii Corporate Services trade name was a natural step in the evolution of the Company’s corporate identity. The consolidation under a single brand for the Company signifies its commitment to provide clients with seamless access to a complete set of business and corporate services. The Company has been dominant in the next era of business innovation, and leading the way, Hawaii Corporate Services introduced its “Menu of Services and Price$” in 2014, replacing the known and industry-accepted set compensation structure.
In 2016, after 23 years, John retired as the Principal Broker and General Manager of Hawaii Real Estate Group LLC, the holding company of Hawaii Corporate Services. Hawaii Corporate Services became part of the Tropical Enterprise Group at that time, kept its principal corporate office at the Chamber of Commerce Center, and John has remained its General Manager.
Hawaii Corporate Services has evolved over the years, but our reputation for excellence in service, price, financial stability, and ethical business practices have remained unchanged from the beginning.
